Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering comprehensive data on clients' mental health issues, strengths, needs, and resources for effective treatment planning.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes to track client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring integrated and coordinated care tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and establish safety plans as necessary to support client stability and safety.

• Schedule and lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to foster community support and provide invaluable resources for client education.

• Maintain thorough and precise electronic records of client sessions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
