Office Assistant Position Overview:

We are seeking a temporary Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, data tracking, and member services. This role will focus on document processing, workflow organization, and providing general administrative and front desk support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open, sort, and batch incoming mail and payments by trust
  • Scan, index, and upload documents accurately and in a timely manner
  • Organize workflows across internal systems (Perceptive, Smartsheet)
  • Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets for member data and enrollment processes
  • Prepare documents, packets, and reports for internal and external distribution
  • Copy forms and correspondence as needed
  • Send and receive faxes
  • Provide front desk support, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and assisting walk-ins
  • Coordinate member meetings with remote staff via Microsoft Teams
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of participant materials
  • Perform additional administrative support tasks as directed by management
