Kitchen Director: Key Responsibilities This is a closing shift, must be available and have experiencing closing a large kicthen from 2pm-Close (10:30pm). Oversee inventory management to ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked, and food safety standards are met Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and local, state, and federal laws to deliver exceptional food safety and quality standards Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvement to maximize efficiency and productivity Lead and inspire a motivated team to deliver remarkable meals in a clean and safe environment; while always ensuring accuracy and speed. Hands-on manage daily restaurant kitchen operations ensuring smooth and efficient processes Foster a positive and enthusiastic work environment Ideal Candidate Must be independently motivated Strong leadership and communication skills Must thrive-on and excel at team work Strong alignment with our Mission: “To Inspire Hope.” Strong alignment with our Core Values: 1. While this is a closing position, must be willing and able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays and/or be flexible to what our team and our guests need. Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and achieving operational goals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while also balancing performance metrics and administrative responsibilities.
