HYBRID Temporary Accounts Payable | DC (Temporary role) Overview Job details: HYBRID Temporary Accounts Payable in Washington, DC. This Jobot Consulting Job is hosted by: Caitlin Pohl. Salary: $30 - $40 per hour. Responsibilities Process high-volume invoices and expense transactions with accuracy and speed, including voucher creation and data entry into the accounting system Manage and monitor the Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring timely review, routing, and response to incoming requests Review invoices and submissions for completeness and required documentation prior to processing Handle corporate card reconciliations and accurately input related data Adhere to established procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance and data integrity Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation within the document management system Handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications Prior experience in Accounts Payable, accounting, or high-volume data entry preferred Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is a strong plus Familiarity with accounting systems (3E experience highly desirable) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow established processes and procedures Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills Work Environment On-site role, Monday through Thursday Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Work requires sustained focus and accuracy in repetitive processing tasks Additional information Interested in hearing more?
