The Bilingual Recruiting Admin provides essential support to a medium-sized recruiting team by managing various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication in multiple languages, and the ability to coordinate candidates and schedules efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate communication and logistics throughout the recruitment process
- Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews for candidates and recruiting team members
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Keep recruiting databases up to date and organized
- Prepare necessary documents related to recruitment and onboarding
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in recruiting administration
