Litigation Paralegal We're partnering with a highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This role offers strong case exposure, a collaborative environment, and long-term growth potential. Key Responsibilities Manage a litigation caseload from intake through resolution Draft and respond to discovery Prepare court filings and litigation documents Assist with trial preparation and trial binders Conduct client intake meetings and maintain client communication Coordinate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff Support attorneys with case strategy and day-to-day litigation needs Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience Employment law and/or personal injury experience preferred Bilingual Spanish/English required Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience handling discovery, filings, and trial preparation Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload Paralegal certificate preferred, but not required Technology Litify experience preferred Westlaw experience preferred Compensation Starting at $75,000+ DOE Bonus eligible Highlights Hybrid schedule (only 2 days in office) Flexible start times $75K-$115k + bonus potential Strong internal support and resources Stable, well-established organization Excellent long-term growth opportunities EEO Statement Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
