Nurse Manager – Emergency Services | Panama City, FL
Lead on the front lines where every second counts. We’re seeking a strong, decisive Nurse Manager of Emergency Services to oversee a fast-paced ER team in Panama City, FL—driving excellence in patient care, staff performance, and operations.
Salary: Up to $116,000 annually (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
Manage daily operations of the Emergency Department
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff in a high-acuity environment
Ensure quality care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance
What You’ll Bring:
Active RN license (FL)
Leadership experience in ER or acute care settings
