Reference: PR/604572_1785936631Aleadingproviderofcustomprint,packaging,andbrandsolutionsisseekingahighlymotivatedAccountExecutivetodrivenewbusinessgrowthandexpandrelationshipswithexistingcustomersacrossOhio.This is an excellent opportunity for a true saleshunterwhothrivesinafast-pacedenvironment,enjoysbuildingrelationships,andwantstorepresentinnovativesolutionswithincommercialprintingandpackaging.WhatYou'llBeDoingDevelopnewbusinessopportunitieswhilegrowingexistingcustomeraccountsthroughouttheterritory.Identifycustomerneedsanduncoveropportunitiesforadditionalproducts,services,andpackagingsolutions.Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeydecision-makersthroughregularmeetings,facilityvisits,andongoingcommunication.Partnerwithinternalteamsincludingoperations,customerservice,estimating,anddesigntoensureseamlessprojectexecution.Prepareandpresentproposals,pricing,andsolutionstailoredtocustomerrequirements.Managesalesactivity,pipelinedevelopment,andforecastingthroughCRMtools.Monitormarkettrends,competitoractivity,andcustomerneedstosupportbusinessgrowthstrategies.Attendindustrytradeshows,networkingevents,andcustomermeetingstoincreasemarketpresence.Consistentlyachieveandexceedterritorysalesobjectives.WhatWe'reLookingFor3+yearsofsuccessfulB2Bsalesexperiencewithincommercialprinting,labels,packaging,orrelatedgraphiccommunicationsindustries.Demonstratedsuccessdevelopingnewbusinessandgrowingexistingaccounts.Strongprospectingandrelationship-buildingskillswithahuntermentality.Excellentcommunication,presentation,andnegotiationabilities.ExperienceusingCRMsystemssuchasSalesforceorsimilarplatforms.Abilitytomanagemultipleopportunitiesandnavigatecomplexsalescycles.Strategic,results-orientedmindsetwithahistoryofexceedingsalesgoals.Bachelor'sdegreepreferred,butnotrequired.Territory: Ohio (Greater Cleveland/Akron Area
