Executive Assistant
Will work 75% of time with CEO and will work 25% of the time with the Senior Counsel
Schedule executive meetings and travel plans
Assisting executives in meetings, preparing documents and presentations
Need to attend phone calls from clients and also respond to the emails received from clients and concerned party members without fail
Updating executive about appointments with various clients
Ensure all reports and data files are arranged to avoid inconvenience in business matters
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, and database
Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
