Strategic Government Contracts Lead | OTA & Negotiations

Hanwha Defense USA seeks a Senior Manager of Contracts to build strategic relationships with U.S. Government counterparts and lead capital investments in the shipbuilding enterprise. You will serve as a key liaison to ensure alignment on needs, funding pathways, and modernization goals. The role requires 10+ years in government contracting, strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and experience negotiating OTAs.
