Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to inform treatment decisions and track progress.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create a holistic care approach, contributing valuable insights from your therapeutic perspective.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population consists of individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources, addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care and fostering an inclusive therapeutic atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic practices with a strong understanding of legal and ethical mental health standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent upon experience and caseload.
