This is a 24/7 customer support operation, providing assistance whenever customers need it. The team values work-life balance and aims to match employees with schedules that fit their lives while supporting business needs. Schedule Expectations + Scheduled breaks and meal periods should be taken as assigned. + Most shifts offer flexibility, with start and end times that may vary within a one-hour window. + Availability should allow for a 9.5-hour workday to accommodate schedule flexibility. + Expect to handle customer calls throughout most of your shift, with periods of continuous call handling that can last up to four hours before your next break.
