Transactional Paralegal Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States Position: Transactional Paralegal Location: Tulsa, OK (onsite) Compensation: up to $70K SBCS has partnered with a growing firm who is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transactional Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with all aspects of transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and analyze laws and regulations relevant to client matters Maintain and organize client files and documents Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in transactions Prepare and file legal documents with appropriate courts and agencies Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution 3+ years of experience working as a Paralegal in a transactional law setting Strong understanding of transactional law and legal terminology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software programs Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and growth A supportive and collaborative work environment The opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging legal matters If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for transactional law, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
