Solution Engineer Enterprise Contracting

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Solution Engineer to lead enterprise contracting transformation within the GSINC program. The role designs and implements AI-enabled, scalable contracting processes across the organization, translating strategy into integrated technology solutions that improve speed, compliance, and business value.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into scalable, integrated technology solutions spanning processes, platforms, and AI
- Lead implementation planning across scope, milestones, resources, risks, readiness, and adoption
- Guide cross-functional teams through discovery, design, testing, launch, and sustained adoption
- Integrate process design with template, policy, governance, data, and technology workstreams
- Define and monitor performance measures for adoption, cycle time, quality, cost, and value realization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, legal operations, finance, information systems, or engineering
- At least 6 years of experience in transformation, process ownership, operational excellence, or program leadership
- Proven success leading complex, global, cross-functional transformations from design through operations
- Experience with simplification, automation, performance measurement, and enterprise technology implementation
- Contract lifecycle management (CLM) experience preferred
- Process, change, agile, product, or project management certification preferred
