The Human Resources Coordinator at the client's WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS (Bilingual- ENG/SPA) will play a vital role within a small HR team, supporting internal human resources functions and engaging in community outreach. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position ensures smooth recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and consistent communication across departments. The coordinator will manage records, assist with policy compliance, and schedule interviews while maintaining close ties with employees to foster a positive workplace environment. Essential Functions

• Support recruitment efforts and coordinate interview scheduling
• Manage employee onboarding processes and documentation
• Provide bilingual communication to support diverse employee needs
• Maintain accurate HR records using manual systems and ATS software
• Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in employee relations
• Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and concerns
• Generate reports related to HR activities and employee data

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in human resources roles
• • Recent Graduates Welcomed!
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Bilingual communication skills (SPANISH)
• Experience in employee relations and recruitment coordination
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) & ATS
• Basic understanding of payroll processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage conflict resolution effectively

Physical Requirements

• Frequent computer and telephone use.
• Ability to regularly walk through warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the workday.
• May require occasional evening work based on business needs.
• Appropriate PPE must be worn when required in production or warehouse areas.
