Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ mental health challenges, using diagnostic tools and interviews to inform treatment planning.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions employing tailored therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and others, to promote client well-being and mental health resilience.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals and employ a strengths-based approach, regularly tracking their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and remain updated on best practices in mental health therapy, including participation in workshops, webinars, and peer consultations.
