Must have recruiting skills/background , great customer service and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, professional networks) and traditional methods (e.g., referrals, networking events). Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the position. Conduct weekly orientations for a specific MCM Customer Manage communication and provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate records and track progress. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions and advertisements. Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment activities as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications Design and implement overall recruiting strategy. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of employment laws and regulations. High level of professionalism and integrity.
