Role Descriptions: 1. Experience in Workstation and Basic Hardware Tier 1 and Tier 2 support 2. Ready to work in evening/night shift and provide on-call support for critical production issues 3. Excellent troubleshooting skills 4. Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism 5. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks 6. Strong customer-service orientation 7. Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills 8. Ability to learn new technologies to perform day to day support operations 9. Basic knowledge of networking 10. Windows cyber security Management knowledge

Access Request Handling 3. Escalate issue to appropriate teams and follow up for closure 4. Patching of windows workstation/server 5. . Windows server/workstation cyber security Management
