To learn more about Conti Federal, please visit General Position Description The HR Generalist provides full-cycle HR support, focusing on strategic and hands‑on roles to enhance our people initiatives and HR processes. This hands‑on position is a great opportunity to become a part of a growing company. This position is an on‑site role, offering daily collaboration with our team at our Orlando office. Responsibilities Constantly and proactively works to achieve the company's vision and goals through implementation of its HR policies and procedures. Promotes and encourages a safety‑conscious attitude. Assists with the recruitment process, including tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and drafting offer letters. Supports the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including training of new hires and completing/filing applicable paperwork. Assists with performance reviews, employee transfers, and employee relocations. Assists with benefits administration, open enrollment, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and reporting. Participates in project kickoff meetings and employee engagement initiatives. Maintains accurate HR records and documentation utilizing HRIS and various Learning Management Systems. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess experience with a construction firm. Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university. PHR certification (or currently pursuing) desired. Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Detail‑oriented and cost conscious. Able to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with HRIS systems - UKG experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Teams. Pay/Benefits Conti Federal offers great benefits.
