Workday HCM Time Tracking and Absence - Manager

Role Summary The Manager will lead and deliver technology solutions that align with client objectives, mentor junior staff, own project workstreams with minimal supervision, and travel as required to support client engagements. Responsibilities Plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions that meet client goals, visions, and missions. Build long‑standing relationships with clients and collaborate internally to solve critical challenges. Mentor and coach junior engagement team members, sharing expertise and feedback. Specialize in selected areas of enterprise software products, applying deep expertise while pursuing career growth. Own and manage project workstreams, including requirements analysis, functional specification writing, testing, troubleshooting, and user interface. Travel up to 50% of the time as needed to work with clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 3‑5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users. Experience with Time Tracking and Absence Management is required. 1‑3 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision. Strong critical‑thinking skills and creative problem solving. Strong analytical skills and hands‑on expertise with cloud‑based enterprise solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams. Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
