Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment strategies based on their unique circumstances.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a range of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Participate in regular case reviews and consultative meetings, working closely with mental health professionals to coordinate care and support a seamless, integrated treatment experience for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization for individuals facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring safety and comfort while managing high-stress situations with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge and experience in cultural competence and sensitivity, effectively navigating the complexities of working with clients from various populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
