Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work predominantly with clients at our hospice center, offering support to individuals dealing with terminal illnesses and their families. You will address various mental health concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief, facilitating conversations that empower clients to cope with their situations while fostering resilience and hope.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
