Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in **Wilmington, NC**. You’ll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided.**Why Join Us*** Competitive pay (Up to $55/hour) + flexible full-time or part-time schedules* W-2 employment with liability insurance included* Healthcare benefits\* + 401(k) with company match* Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses* Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses**What You’ll Do*** Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting* Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports* Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans* Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams* Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication* Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills* Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records* Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed**What We’re Looking For*** **Valid North Carolina State SLP license (or ability to obtain)*** North Carolina Education License from NCDPI (eligible once have State SLP License)* Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders* Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply* Strong communication and collaboration skills* School-based experience preferred, not required**About Ampersand Therapy**Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
