Territory Manager, Washington DC/Northern VA- Transcatheter Heart Valve

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Territory Manager to develop the transcatheter heart valve market in the Washington DC and Northern Virginia region. The role combines sales growth, clinical education, and account management to drive adoption of innovative heart valve replacement technology among interventional cardiologists and surgical teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop market penetration and establish new customer relationships for THV products
- Partner with clinical specialists and regional director to provide training and support
- Coordinate site selection, staff training, and physician proctoring activities
- Manage territory sales forecasts, inventory, and customer account records
- Execute marketing strategy and product launch initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and minimum five years progressive sales experience
- Medical device industry background or equivalent work experience
- Deep experience selling innovative catheter lab products
- Advanced knowledge of interventional cardiology
- Strong technical sales skills and business acumen
Compensation: $104,000-$125,000 base
