Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Onsite Corporate Wellness Clinic Location: Minneapolis, MN (on site) Employment Type: 1099 independent contractor Pay Rate: $130 per hour Schedule: Scheduled clinic days, daytime hours. No nights, weekends or on-call. Start Date: ASAP About the Role VitalCheck Wellness runs onsite health centers and wellness clinics for large employers across the United States. We are looking for a Minnesota-licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver preventive care on site at a corporate location in the Minneapolis area. The work is straightforward clinical care in a well-run corporate setting: preventive health checks, screening labs, reviewing results with employees, and referring on where something needs follow-up. The population is generally healthy working adults. Clinic dates are confirmed with you in advance. What You’ll Do Perform preventive health assessments and wellness exams for employees on site Order screening labs and review results with each employee in person Identify findings that need follow-up and refer on to primary or specialty care Document encounters accurately and completely Work alongside VitalCheck's onsite support staff, who handle scheduling, check-in and clinic logistics What You’ll Need Active Minnesota Nurse Practitioner license in good standing Experience in primary care, occupational health, urgent care or corporate/employee health Comfortable working independently in a non-clinic setting Professional, personable manner with working adults Why Clinicians Take This Work $130 per hour for scheduled clinic hours Malpractice coverage provided by VitalCheck Daytime hours only, which fits alongside an existing role No call, no nights, no weekends, and none of the administrative burden of running a practice About VitalCheck Wellness VitalCheck Wellness operates employee health centers and onsite wellness programs for major employers across the United States.
