Quick Facts: Location: 800 East 28th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55407 Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date: 12/14/2026 Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Hours/Week: Full-time (40 hours/week) Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: MN license required; BLS & ACLS certifications Experience: Prior hematology/oncology inpatient experience required Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $105.02 Benefits include: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for patients of all ages Support hematology/oncology team with assessments, treatments, and procedures Collaborate with physicians and support staff to develop patient care plans Manage patient admissions, discharges, and follow-up care Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR system Assist in building the hospital’s bone marrow transplant practice as needed Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards What You Need: Valid Minnesota license as an NP or PA Prior experience with hematology patients (benign/malignant) Proficiency in inpatient care procedures and EMR documentation Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting About the Assignment: Join a respected hospital in Minneapolis, a vibrant city known for its rich cultural scene and welcoming community.
