Empower K-12 students and help shape the educational environment as a School Psychologist in an engaging contract opportunity. This flexible position, based near Burnsville, MN, welcomes both full-time and part-time candidates to provide in-person or hybrid services (excluding virtual-only roles). Your expertise will support a diverse student body, fostering equity and evidence-based practices across the K-12 setting. While specific site assignments are not yet confirmed, your support will be vital in assessment, intervention, and mental health services, with working hours generally between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, or equivalent credentials.
• Current Minnesota school psychologist license issued by PELSB.
• Dedication to equity, culturally responsive methods, and inclusive service delivery.
• Strong knowledge and application of evidence-based school psychology practices.
• Comfortable with assessment, intervention, and supporting student mental health.

Preferred Experience:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligible.
• Experience within MTSS frameworks, consulting, and supporting interventions.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and influence with adult learners.
• Proficient in crisis prevention, intervention, postvention, and mental health supports.
• Familiarity with federal/state special education law and compliance.
• Successful background working in urban, multicultural educational environments.

Role Expectations:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct/indirect psychological services to students.
• Consult and collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to promote student well-being.
• Deliver support grounded in best practices and aligned with MTSS and special education standards.
