The Role We're hiring immediately for a full-time Sales Representative role. You’ll gain hands‑on training in product knowledge and sales skills—everything from strategic communication and presentation delivery to negotiation and customer experience. This position sets the foundation for a long-term career in leadership, sales management, or customer success. What You’ll Do Conduct engaging, educational sales presentations for homeowners on energy‑efficient exterior remodeling solutions. Participate in structured sales coaching sessions and training workshops each week. Contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing and collaboration. Build your book of business and grow within our merit‑based structure. What We’re Looking For Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. • 4,000 Sign‑on Bonus, paid in $500 weekly installments over your first 8 weeks
• 25,000 Base Salary + uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses
