Restoration Business Developer

Job Description A growing restoration and reconstruction company is seeking a Business Developer/Account Manager to drive commercial growth and develop long‑term client relationships throughout the Greater King County market. Information & Requirements Previous business development or outside sales experience (restoration experience preferred, but open to candidates from related industries). Existing book of business and commercial contacts highly preferred. Strong relationships within restoration, mitigation, construction, property management, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, government, insurance, or senior living industries. Property management, restoration, construction, claims adjusting, or fire‑chasing experience is a plus. Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication, relationship‑building, and follow‑up skills. Understanding of the sales and marketing lifecycle. Role Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and establish long‑term relationships with commercial clients. Generate new commercial and multifamily accounts through prospecting, networking, and route marketing efforts. Serve as the primary client contact from project inception through completion. Remain actively involved throughout each project by tracking progress, coordinating with operations, and maintaining consistent client communication. Meet with target clients throughout the territory while working remotely from a home office. Collaborate closely with mitigation and reconstruction teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Manage and grow accounts across commercial properties, multifamily communities, apartments, hotels, insurance agencies, government facilities, hospitals, senior living communities, and other key markets. Drive revenue growth by developing both mitigation and reconstruction opportunities within existing and new accounts. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $80,000–$150,000 plus uncapped commission. First‑year production goal of $500K for candidates without an existing book of business + $1M–$1.5M for candidates with an established book of business. Unlimited PTO (performance‑based). Flexible, autonomous work environment. Remote/home‑based role with travel throughout the Greater King County market. Initial onboarding, training, and route development support provided.
