Compliance Specialist Affordable HousingThe Compliance Specialist supports affordable housing communities by ensuring compliance with LIHTC, HUD, RD, HOME, and Fair Housing regulations. Hayes Gibson Property Services is looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist to join our growing team!What you'll do: Review certifications & resident eligibility Conduct file audits & compliance reviews Support HUD, LIHTC, HOME & RD compliance efforts Assist onsite teams with training & regulatory guidance Help communities stay inspection and audit readyWhat we're looking for: Affordable housing compliance experience Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, EIV & Fair Housing Strong attention to detail & organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skillsWork hours & benefits: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with an hour for lunch.
