As the Regional Director of Operations (RDO), you will be responsible for the successful and profitable operation of multiple hotels within a designated region. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to maximize guest satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across all assigned properties.

Must relocate to South Georgia or Montgomery / Prattville, Alabama.

Compensation:

$95,000+ depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Promote a customer-focused culture by delivering outstanding guest experiences, conducting regular guest satisfaction surveys and utilizing feedback to continually improve service and experience.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team while cultivating a positive, inclusive, and goal-oriented work environment.
• Work closely with sales teams to grow market share, sustain key client relationships, and track performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies, monitor market trends, and lead revenue-generating initiatives across all hotel departments.
• Conduct property inspections, enforce regulatory and franchise compliance, and address concerns to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills with the ability to analyze performance and identify improvement areas.
• A bachelor’s degree (B.A.), 3–5 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and present effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including preventative maintenance, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services.
• Must be able to leverage and be proficient in systems to streamline operations and reporting, such as Property Management Systems, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams, delegate effectively, and develop talent across multiple property locations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing business needs with frequent overnight travel, as such, should be available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Must have Hilton Experience, and IHG is a plus.
