Travel ED Charge Nurse

Position: Travel ED Charge Nurse Location: Lewiston, Maine Department: Emergency Services Shifts Available: Days and Nights Pay: up to $1,491 –$2,067 gross pay per week; equivalent to $41.44– $57.43 per hour. Assignment Length: 12 weeks Paid Weekly Additional $3/hour differential is paid on top of the base rate. Manages staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments. Supervises, coaches, and supports staff development. Assists with performance management and HR-related activities. Monitors supplies, equipment, and unit readiness.Coordinates patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges. Addresses patient care concerns and escalates issues as needed. Rounds with patients and families to support a positive experience. Provides direct patient care when needed to maintain safe staffing levels. Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Current and valid state RN License Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current. Current ACLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current. Minimum of one year as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting, E.D. setting required. PALS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current. Previous supervisory experience, required. Minimum of one year as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting, E.D. setting required. Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
