Overview Trillium Staffing Solutions has a Direct Hire opening for Inside Sales Support in Lenexa, KS . This Inside Sales Support role is responsible for supporting the outside sales representatives, maintaining an accurate calendar for appointments, creating/completing order and quote requests, and communicating with customers via phone and email regarding follow-up appointments, lead follow-ups, and qualification of new customers. Experience with inbound and outbound communication to business customers. Proficiency with CRM software (SAP preferred). General computer skills and experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office software.
