Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health needs, concerns, and aspirations.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions designed to improve relationship dynamics, enhance communication skills, and resolve family conflicts.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set measurable objectives and define evidence-based interventions tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, including developing safety plans and referrals to necessary resources.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health disorders, effective coping strategies, and available community resources to foster resilience.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring all documentation—assessments, treatment plans, progress notes—aligns with legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere to all legal requirements and ethical guidelines governing the practice of counseling, including confidentiality and informed consent protocols.
