Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Products Liability Litigation Associate Attorney in Palo Alto, California. Duties Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews Manage document collection, review, and production Perform causation and/or failure analysis Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings Requirements 3-5 years of experience in products liability litigation Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong case management skills and a team-oriented attitude Active member of the California or Colorado Bar Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
