Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date records through our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

• Schedule ongoing appointments and manage your calendar to accommodate client needs while optimizing your productivity.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and share resources that enhance client outcomes.

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address a variety of mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to relational issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Our clients often seek therapy for numerous issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your ability to connect and build rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds will be essential in fostering trust and achieving therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure to practice independently in Texas.

• Availability for a minimum of 20-25 hours of client sessions per week, inclusive of at least two evenings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We are pleased to offer a competitive compensation package as a W2 employee, which includes:
