Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Main Street Health Center PC, you will:

• Deliver individualized and couples therapy sessions to diverse clients across various age groups.

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine treatment needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
\n
• Complete timely and accurate documentation related to client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes, utilizing our electronic record-keeping system.

• Effectively manage your client calendar to ensure that all ongoing appointments are scheduled and maintained.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the hospice setting to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Engage actively in weekly team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and seek advice from colleagues to enrich your therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients facing serious illnesses, which can present unique challenges and emotional needs. You will have the opportunity to support clients coping with grief, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns associated with end-of-life issues. Your ability to work with a variety of clinical presentations will be essential in providing empathetic and tailored support to both patients and their families.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this critical role, you must possess:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Current licensure to practice independently as an LCSW.

• Strong therapeutic boundaries, professionalism, and cultural competence, paired with self-motivation and solid organizational skills.

• The capability and desire to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Availability to commit to full-time work, including a minimum of 20-25 hours per week and two evenings weekly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, including:

• W2 employment status with hourly compensation for therapy sessions.
