Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.Experience Requirements Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments. Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation. Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures. Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.Job Duties Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas Pull materials and supplies for production and shipping Prepare, label, and package customer orders Track inventory and maintain accurate records Operate safely while maintaining a clean work area Assist with receiving, shipping, and other warehouse tasks as neededPreferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to pounds. Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. Regular use of hands for handling, gripping, and manipulating materials. May occasionally work around moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Work environment may include ambient lighting as well as exposure to extreme heat or cold, including temperatures consistent with outdoor weather conditions.
