Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Blue Springs, MO (Need to cover Easter Jackson and Lafayette counties)
Salary: $93,600 to $102,960 per year
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Job Overview: We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide home health services. This role focuses on evaluating patients and developing personalized rehabilitation programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and help patients recover from injury or illness. This position offers a supportive environment with strong clinical resources and long-term organizational stability. New graduates are welcome to apply, and candidates with experience in any clinical setting are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
Implement therapy programs designed to improve mobility, strength, and function
Help patients manage pain and improve overall quality of life
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic charting systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Required Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state
Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
Strong communication and organizational skills
