Be the first point of contact for clients and families, managing reception, scheduling, records, and the day-to-day flow of a behavioral health office.
Compensation: $16–$18 per hour
Locations: Cedar City, Utah
What you will do- Greet and check in clients, schedule appointments, and answer phones.
- Maintain client files and electronic medical records accurately.
- Relay messages between clients and clinicians and follow up on inquiries.
- Prepare correspondence and documents and manage mail and deliveries.
- Log inventory and keep the reception area orderly.
- Collaborate with staff to support overall office operations.
- High school diploma generally required.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Comfort with computers and relevant software applications.
- Customer service orientation and professional presentation.
- Attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
