Role and Responsibilities:

The executive assistant will manage the day to day business activities of the executive team, including providing strategic management for the team. This role is a pivotal support position.

  • The Executive Assistant will need to demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and utilize significant amounts of independent judgement

  • Write individualized correspondences and other documents requested.

  • Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and transportation accommodations

  • Handle last-minute travel adjustments and emergency scheduling needs

  • Receive and triage incoming written communications to appropriate staff and facilitate a response or cation to be carried through the executive team.

  • Proactively consider needs related to calendar, travel, meetings.

  • Support the team as needed in preparing for internal and external meetings, travel logistics, and other similar tasks.

  • Ability to use various software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

  • Providing general administrative support

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization

  • Coordinate communication between field operations and corporate office staff

  • Assist in organizing company meetings, events, trainings, and employee functions

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Minimum high school degree, bachelors degree preferred. Experience as an executive admin or assistant is also preferred.
