Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills with the ability to support executive-level decision making.
- Experience driving business growth, profitability initiatives, EBITDA improvement, and strategic planning within a high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance analysis, and executive reporting across multiple business entities.
- Build sophisticated financial models and business cases to support growth initiatives, market expansion, investments, acquisitions, and strategic decision-making.
- Partner directly with executive leaders, brand CEOs, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve performance and deliver data-driven insights.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments while mentoring finance team members and promoting best practices.
