As a Sous Chef, you will support kitchen leadership in executing high-quality food production, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will help lead kitchen staff while ensuring consistency, safety, and culinary excellence. **Qualifications** + Culinary degree preferred + 2+ years of culinary leadership experience + Experience in high-volume foodservice or hospitality environments + Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards + Ability to manage food preparation and kitchen operations + Experience with inventory and ordering procedures + Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods **Key Responsibilities** + Support daily culinary operations and food production + Supervise and guide kitchen team members during service + Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards + Assist with menu execution and recipe adherence + Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs + Maintain compliance with sanitation and safety procedures + Assist with scheduling and labor management + Support training and development of culinary staff **Curious about Life at Levy?
