Job Summary Bring creativity and precision to the culinary team at Mammoth Mountain. As a Sous Chef, you will support kitchen leadership in executing high-quality food production, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will help lead kitchen staff while ensuring consistency, safety, and culinary excellence. Qualifications Culinary degree preferred 2+ years of culinary leadership experience Experience in high-volume foodservice or hospitality environments Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to manage food preparation and kitchen operations Experience with inventory and ordering procedures Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Key Responsibilities Support daily culinary operations and food production Supervise and guide kitchen team members during service Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Assist with menu execution and recipe adherence Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs Maintain compliance with sanitation and safety procedures Assist with scheduling and labor management Support training and development of culinary staff Curious about Life at Levy?
