Construction Project Manager

Lead Construction Projects from Start to Finish A growing and well-established construction organization in the Seattle area is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously throughout all phases of construction. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals. Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor relationships. Track project progress and proactively resolve scheduling, quality, and budget concerns. Prepare and present project status reports to executive leadership and clients. Oversee project closeout activities including punch lists, documentation, and final turnover.
