1st Shift – $22.17/hr
- Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 5:30 AM – 10:00 AM
2nd Shift – $24.17/hr
- Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Three-day weekends every week
Assemble custom cooling and chiller units using hand and power tools.
Follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly specifications.
Package and prepare completed units for shipment.
Assist with material handling and workstation organization.
Maintain quality and safety standards throughout production.
Cross-train in multiple assembly areas and special projects.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand, move, and work in a production environment throughout the shift.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rogers, MN.
The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.
