Resolvingcustomer inquiries professionally and efficiently

Requirements
BasicRequirements

High schooldiploma or GED
Strongcommunication and typing skills
Comfortnavigating multiple systems simultaneously
Dedicated homeworkspace with stable wired internet
Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16 GB preferred)
USB headset andwired internet (Not needed to apply but required prior tostart)
