Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges and strengths, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused therapy to foster healing and resilience.

• Develop personalized treatment strategies that include setting measurable goals and interventions aligned with clients' unique needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care delivery.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to empower clients through shared experiences and collective learning.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, inclusive of risk assessments and safety planning to protect client welfare.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
