We are looking for an organized and proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of global marketing initiatives and help our teams work smarter and more efficiently. This role combines marketing coordination, event support, data and asset management, and process improvement, with a strong focus on using AI tools and modern technologies to optimize the way we work. Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the execution of marketing projects, workflows, and operational activities.
• Maintain and organize marketing assets, collateral, and internal knowledge hubs used by sales and partner teams.
• Support industry events and campaigns by coordinating logistics, timelines, materials, and post-event follow-up activities.
• Manage and maintain marketing data, trackers, and reporting to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and use AI-enabled tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain trackers, workflows, processes and our marketing hub and knowledge centre for smoother everyday management.
• Own the lead capture, data processing, and post-event follow-up using efficient, AI-supported workflows and marketing tools.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Interest in marketing operations, process improvement, and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting events, marketing coordination, or administrative processes is considered an advantage.
• Additional language skills such as French, German, or Arabic are a plus.
