About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to play a pivotal role in influencing investment strategy across a diversified portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading asset performance and driving long-term portfolio value. This includes overseeing a portfolio of income-producing assets, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party operators, and leading the development and execution of property business plans, annual budgets, and capital investment strategies. The role also involves monitoring portfolio performance, providing regular reporting and analysis, and driving initiatives to enhance revenue, operational efficiency, and asset value. Applicants for the Vice President of Asset Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with a professional industry designation preferred. A minimum of 8-10 years' progressive asset management experience within commercial real estate or diversified property portfolios is required, along with strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis skills. The role demands demonstrated leadership experience, the ability to manage teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office, excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, as well as strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, are essential for this position.
