Work primarily at a central clinic with morning rounds across multiple senior care facilities within the region, including travel compensated by mileage. Afternoons are reserved for clinic and administrative duties. The role includes a manageable call schedule, rotating every third week, supported by a collaborative team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and office staff.

Applicants should hold appropriate advanced practice credentials as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in senior care or geriatrics preferred.

Strong commitment to compassionate, respectful, and accountable patient care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and manage clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively.
